I think it will be a complete failure. Few people want to sit for 7 days in an expensive hotel as a prisoner and under escort to go to the beach or to the store. Why not give full freedom to tourists who have received the vaccine? This is done in Europe and the United States, but Thailand, as always, follows its own, strange and inexplicable path.
